About Me

I was born on 21.08.1991 in Tunis. I have completed my Bachelor degree in Computer Network Administration in Tunis. In October 2013 I started learning the German language in Heidelberg - Germany till I reached the level C1. After that I started my master degree in Applied Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and in February 2019 I have graduated with a Master of International Media computer science. I gained experience as a BI developer and consultant within the SD&C GmbH company and I am currently working as data warehouse engineer at tausendkind GmbH in Berlin.

I have started studying this discipline in october 2016. I found it really fun and I am learning more and more through the projects like machine leaning using Python and modules like Data Science for Business analytics and data visualization using R. During my first study experience in Germany, I have learned a lot especially through the interesting "mobile application for public health" and the "system development and framework" projects. I have written and learned the subjects and the Bachelor thesis in French.

Acually I work in the E-commerce company tausendkind GmbH. I'm continuing the development and monitoring of the ETL process using postgreSQL and I optimized the backup and restore of the database using python and shell script language for the automation of the processes.

IT Consultant

SD&C GmbH• March 2019 - Mai 2020

I worked at the SD&C GmbH in Berlin as an IT consultant. I provided Microsoft solutions such as Azure cloud solutions, SQL Server, Powershell, PowerBI for data visualization and Sharepoint using typescript. I improved the data warehouse of one of our clients. I revisited the architecture of the data warehouse, retrieved the data using Python FTP Server, automated the process using Powershell-Runbooks and integrated (ETL) the data by creating SSIS packages. Moreover I visualized the data using measures written in the DAX script language for analysis purposes and I was also one of the front-end sharepoint developers.

BI Developer and Consultant• January 2018 - February 2019

I worked at the SD&C GmbH in Berlin as a Business Intelligence developer and consultant. I proposed data warehouse solutions, I also prepared the Data modeling (ETL) using Microsoft SQL Server and developed data visualization using Power BI and R.

Freelancer

Data Engineer• March 2017 - Mai 2017

I had the chance to work as a freelancer for the company DATANOMIQ. That was a first experience where the job was about a dataset of 20 million ratings of movies and I had to calculate using Apache spark ML the mean square error. A Ratings prognosis is calculated for a respectively user input of movie-id and user-id. I was also responsible of the configuration of the entire environment system.
